Hey, I’m Gladys Pérez 👋
I help midlife professionals and career changers land their next role with confidence, clarity, and strategy and without freaking out or losing their minds in the process. I’ve supported hundreds of jobseekers in transition, helping them polish their career materials, expand their networks, and get back into the driver’s seat of their careers.

With over 15 years of experience years of coaching/career transition experience, I focus my coaching work on midlife career changers and creatives. My clients are at career crossroads, stalled in their journeys, wanting/needing to make a change, but who aren’t sure what to do next.
